Prior to founding WSA, Woods held a number of contract engineering and project management positions with leading electronics industry companies such as IBM, Teradyne, BOSE, DELCO, KODAK and others while operating as the owner of ATE PC Product Services.

Woods has hands on development and management expertise in a broad variety of software including UNIX / Windows Services, Overture/Google PFP campaign programs and third party tools, Java Script, Perl and CGI, MS-Office, Paradox, PHP/MySQL, ASP/SQL and many more.
